Communication issue at check-in.

This was my first B&B experience in Europe, and it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is fantastic - very close to public transportation and near the historic center. The cleanliness of the hotel was unparalleled, and the hotel facilities were above expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. In addition, breakfast was provided, and it was a delightful experience.

The attention to detail and the friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with a fabulous bathroom and a big comfortable bed. The highlight is the cool garden, where you can relax and unwind. The breakfast spread, with freshly baked baguette, is a great way to start your day.
